Frank Stephen "Porky" Biscan (March 13, 1920 - May 22, 1959) was a Major League Baseball pitcher who played for the St. Louis Browns in 1942, 1946, and 1948.
From 1942 to 1945 Biscan served in the military during World War II.[1]
